RiteAid Rebates - RiteAid Single Check Rebates

About the RiteAid Rebate Program
 

This program is similar in a lot of respects to other rebate programs we have in the area such as Walgreens' EasySaver program.

Each month, RitAid offers special rebates on certain items. They are marked in the weekly sales flyers as having a "Single Check Rebate" available, and the entire list for the month is available. The Web site allows you to view all of the available rebates and make a shopping list.

Please note that like many other rebate programs, the RiteAid "month" is not the same as the calendar month. You need to make your purchases within the allotted time frame each month.

You see a RitAide rebate you want and you go to the store and you buy the item. The next step is to HANG ONTO THE RECEIPT.
 

Go to the Web site and sign up for a Single Check Rebate account. It asks for your e-mail address and mailing address so that Rite Aid can send you checks. You will only have to create an account once. After that you use your login and password to access your account.

After you've created an account, you can log in and enter the information requested from each of your receipts that qualify for a rebate. Rite Aide will then verify the receipt and mark each qualifying rebate as "waiting for you to request check." I really like this feature because you will get credit for ALL the rebates for which you've qualified, even if you didn't know a rebate existed!

5) You can enter as many receipts as you want in a given month-long period. Once you're ready, click "request check." Your rebates will be totaled and you will be mailed a check within about two weeks. So you get all your rebates on one single check, hence the name of the program.

The catch to this system is that you can ONLY request one check for each month period. So you need to make sure that you have put all of your qualifying receipts in the system before requesting your check. Otherwise you're out of luck. But once you know that one caveat, I think it's a pretty good rebate program.
